RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK
Have you changed your mind? Are you not completely satisfied with the items you received? Would you like to cancel one or more products from your order?
According to the Consumer Code (Art. L 121-20-2) and the European Directive of 20 May 1997, Art. 6-3 , you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase.
You do not need to give any reasons and you do not have to bear any additional costs, except for the costs of returning the goods (e.g. bicycles).
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending a clear and unambiguous statement by email or post to the contact details provided on our website.
Return procedure
Please contact us in advance to obtain a return code and simplify the process.
- Pack the item carefully.
- Please include the order number in the package.
- Send the package using a trackable shipping method (recommended).
⚠️ The customer bears the shipping costs and shipping risk.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is complete and in its original condition .
- The original packaging is present.
- The order number is specified.
Otherwise, the product will not be refunded.
Conditions for the validity of the return
The “satisfaction guaranteed or your money back” guarantee only applies if the product has been used very little and is in like-new condition. Returns may be refused in cases of intensive use.
